Major concerns in any purchasing decision are the response time for a service call and the quality of that service. Our Administration and Service Managers have been with us for twenty and ten years, respectively, and have a vested interest in providing good service. We are personally familiar with each account; this makes for efficient operation.
Average response time for a non-operational system is two to four working hours. Avant Garde maintains a large inventory of parts at our facility. If a part is out of stock, we'll overnight it from the manufacturer. When necessary, we'll provide a loaner.
