AGT was founded in 1994 under a Total Customer Care concept unique to this industry.

Administration, Service and Sales all operate under one P&L, so there's less red tape, which means quicker results for the customer.  All employees have a vested interest in ensuring that your AGT system is the most productive equipment in your office.  


Our focus is on service and technology, rather than advertising and marketing.  Our 3:1 ratio of technicians-to-salespeople proves this.  Each technician is factory-trained, and education on technological advances is constant.

Major concerns in any purchasing decision are the response time for a service call and the quality of that service.  
Our Administration and Service Managers have been with us for twenty and ten years, respectively, and have a vested interest in providing good service.  We are personally familiar with each account; this makes for efficient operation.

Average response time for a non-operational system is two to four working hours.  Avant Garde maintains a large inventory of parts at our facility.  If a part is out of stock, we'll overnight it from the manufacturer.  When necessary, we'll provide a loaner.  

Our Executive Staff has a strong commitment to investing profits back into the company, which has helped us to become one of the largest independently-owned Panasonic and Konica-Minolta providers in Northern New Jersey.
